Stable processing of complex machining including screw parts, head shape, and groove shape using NC automatic lathes!

We would like to introduce a case study of precision machining for fine small-diameter screws of M1.4x0.25. In this case, maintaining dimensional variation and appearance quality during mass production was a challenge, and there were limited machining manufacturers capable of providing stable supply. Therefore, we utilized small-diameter precision cutting technology with NC automatic lathes.
